Selling my 2004 F350 Crew Cab 6.0 liter diesel truck. This truck is built from the ground up and not any ordinary 2004 F350. I started by removing the rusty box, doors and fenders and cleaning the frame. I next applied POR15 where needed. I then purchased a brand new 2015 box straight from detroit(see pics-not a takeoff) and also new ford doors and fenders. Everything was repainted by a professional body shop in the area. Cab corners,rockers, doors, fenders and underside of box were internally undercoated by the same body shop. I added a lockable tri-fold Encore Tonno hard top to keep things dry in box. New bumpers front and back plus a brand new 2005 style front grill were then added next along with 2008 style square heated mirrors. I also purchased the 2015 style chrome ford 20" rims and mounted them on 275/65R20 goodyear wranglers(34.5 inches tall). A functional air raid hood completes the external modifications, The mechanical list of mods includes new ball joints, new u joints in each axle, bilstein shocks on all 4 corners and new brake cylinders, calipers and rotors all around. I also replaced the troublesome ford air actuating 4x4 system with warn heavy duty manual lockouts. Inside the hood i had a professional diesel shop(DC Dynamics) replace the ford oil cooler and egr with the bulletproof cooler and large passageway egr(truck will pass emissions in any state with this setup). Also a larger garret turbo was added along with a SCT X4 controller.(presently set on street mode-don't need anymore) Boy did this wake this truck up. I have owned a cummins and a duramax and they are no comparison with this setup. I also increased my fuel mileage by 3 mpg. Presently i'm getting between 18 and 20 mpg depending on driving conditions. I added a 4 inch MBPR turbo back exhaust system to finish off the setup. Best sounding truck in the area with a nice sounding whistle. The interior is in really nice shape with no rips or holes in fabric. I will have the interior professionally detailed after sale is complete and looking like new for the next owner. Looks like the brand new trucks rolling off the showroom floors now without the $75000 price tag. This truck is reliable, functional and just plain hauls ass. I have brand new one in package that will be on truck when sold. Nothing wrong with handle itself. Also there was a brand new starter and AC compressor installed a year ago and have receipts for any and all work done to motor.
