Vehicle Detail

No Title...bill of sale only. Unrestored, unmolested original 1966 T100C 500. (NO RESERVE) Has been sitting for at least 20 years and it is VERY solid. Sold as is. Bike is not running, but Motor is free with compression. Will need to be gone through to see what it needs...at very least a good carb cleaning and new plugs etc. I never did anything mechanical to it since buying it...never had it running. I has brand new English made mufflers and headers. It also has new rubber for pegs, new knee pads (that are not adhered..just stuck on with tape for photos). It had been re-painted sometime in the past, except for front fender which looks like original paint. The left side cover is not original, and the ignition switch is not wired up. That side had the high scrambler style exhaust (and no side cover on that side)when I got it and the mufflers were junk, so I took them off and put the side cover on, which came from a different bike. What is missing...the other front fender brace, clutch cable, right side foot peg. I think it had been used primarily as an enduro because it doesn't have battery or battery holder, had no front fender, and the enduro tires look original. This could also explain the low mileage? Anyway, it's a very nice start for renovation project, or just get it going for daily use as a survivor with nice patina. Also included is an aftermarket air filter, used chrome headlight bucket, the original handle bars, and a nice rear rim (The one on the bike is pitted). Also: Bike has matching frame and engine numbers. Both front and rear brakes do work, and it does go in and out of gear easily. Inside of tank has spotty, light surface rust in places from sitting for 20 years, but is very solid. Looks like original seat, in great condition with no tears...some surface rust underneath on pan, but solid just like the rest of this bike. The only dent on the entire bike that I could find is underneath the left side tank emblem, and you cannot even see it unless you really look closely. Forgot to mention that it needs passenger foot pegs. I have new rubber for them, but missing the pegs. And the handle on the left side petcock is broken off, so that will need to be replaced. The other side petcock is fine. Shipping will have to be completely up to buyer. I will help load, but that it all. Thanks.
