This beautiful 1966 Ford Mustang is equipped with the very rare Elite interior package and interior is in great condition. The body is in exceptional shape given the car is 50 years old. The v8 289 was transplanted approximately 12 years ago and then the car was put into storage. The engine was properly fogged and drain prior to 9 years of storage. The engine runs smooth as butter and the transmission shifts nice and crisp. The brakes work but do need servicing. All the gadges, blinker and light do work. The convertible top is perfectly functional but the canvas needs replacing. The frame is clean and not rusted like other here on ebay also the main support parts such as the door jams and engine bay are all clean and rust free. The engine bay is completely rust free!
