1967 Honda CB450 KO Black Bomber I am listing for sale my Honda Black Bomber. I have a clear title in my name, with a 2016 Oklahoma tag. This Honda Black Bomber will be 50 years old in 2017. It was originally sold by dealer May 16, 1967. The previous owner purchased it July, 1975 and owned it until I bought from him in April, 2010. I had just sold my first Black Bomber on ebay that I had owned since the early seventies and wanted another one. The frame number is CB450-1015467. The engine serial number is CB450E 1013294. When I bought this bike I replaced many parts with new old stock parts as follows: All the cables with correct length and color Ignition switch with a matching fork lock and 4 Honda keys Spark plugs, points and condenser Yuasa battery Front and rear tires with correct tread pattern Rear brake shoes Spokes on the front wheel Honda CB450 tank badges / emblems Gas cap The engine is in excellent condition and runs quite, has a complete tune-up with valve adjustment, new points, condenser and spark plugs. The ignition timing was set. The carburetors were disassembled, cleaned and new gaskets installed. There are no oil leaks in the engine or transmission. The transmission shifts smooth through all four gears. All of the electrical components including lights, horn and starter work as they should. The battery is weak, so I start it with the kick starter. The speedometer and tachometer also work as they should. The gas tank is clean inside with no repairs. I repainted the fenders, side covers and gas tank. The paint is smooth and shiny. All chrome is in good condition with no rust or pitting. The mufflers are in good condition, each has a few dents and light scratches as shown in pictures. Both front and rear tires were replaced. The front tire is 3.25 x 18 straight rib tread pattern made in Japan. The rear tire is a Dunlop Gold Seal K70 tread pattern 3.50 x 18 also made in Japan. These are the correct size and style for this bike and very hard to find! The seat has the original cover with several holes as shown and the padding is hard. The seat pan is in good condition with no cracks. Seat hinges and latch are in good condition. It is rare to find a Black Bomber in this condition with all the correct parts installed. I enjoy riding this on nice days, but it's time for someone else have the pleasure of owning this Black Bomber.
