Up for sale is this Super clean 2012 Lincoln MKZ AWD 3.5 LITER Sedan .The has only 23,283 k miles (which is low for this year) and it runs and drives fantasticallyThis vehicle is super clean and well maintained really cant say much more about how nice this car is as you can see from all the pics. The Lincoln options are as followed Power windows , Power locks ,CD , Back-up camera , Back up sensors , NAVI , side airbags , Dual power seats , Heated and Air cooled seats , Rearfold down slip seats ,Crome Alloy wheels good tires , Sunroof , bluetooth , Microsoft SYNC system , Fully steering wheel fuctions , side impact sensors , etc.The Lincoln is a family owned vehicle that was fully service by us. the wife just needs a bigger car.This vehicle was involved in fresh water flood and rebuilt about 1 year ago and is being sold with a NEW YORK STATE REBUILD TITLE. We are not sure why this vehicle was branded a flood because we can see no sign of any water damage at the time that we bought it . Everything in the Lincoln work as it should and is in perfect running order with all the electronics working perfectly.We have driven this cars for 1 year with no issues . Every switch and button in this car is working the way it should. There is absolutely no reason this vehicle should have been branded a flood when it was purchased because this vehicle is PERFECT! I have also posted many pictures so that you can see just how clean this car really is. This Lincoln is immaculate and has a glossy silver exterior with Black Leather interior that is absolutely brand new in condition with not a rip or wear what so ever .The Lincoln drives so smooth and powerful, its like driving a new vehicle. Every feature in the car is working the way it should . This vehicle is ready for its new owner and needs nothing at all done to it, just register it and drive it. The vehicle was always serviced and it was very well taken cared of.The oil was just changed againThe interior has no wear at all The Lincoln needs nothing and you can feel comfortable in buying and driving this car home with you .This car is being sold as-is, where-is, and there is no warranties expressed or implied.
