1957 Chevy Belair .. Stock 283 engine,2 barrel carburetor, Automatic Powerglide transmission.. Car had some restoration a few years ago, Car was drove and miles put on. Its a driver condition Car.. Runs and shifts nice/ Engine runs great, No funny noises, ticks, etc..NO Smoke. or burning oil.. Vacuum gauge reads 21 steady,leaks oil when parked..Drives good, with no squeaks or rattles, and feels solid, all around sound car. Inner and outer Rockers are in great shape, Frame, and frame supports are also great shape. .look at the pictures.. Body only been repainted once, and Paint has some touchups,paint chips and scratches. and some worn through areas.. Still shows nice... Interior has a thick vinyl upholstery-Seats and door panels. Has a rip in the drivers seat, and I've been driving it and I don't think its going to rip any further,Strong Good cushions under upholstery, Speedometer, stock Radio, lighter, Dome light. Bright's, turn signals, brake lights all work... Temp gauge not hooked up, Fuel gauge fluctuates(possible ground wire),so I just watch my mileage.. Wiper motor is there, I haven't tried to fix it. Wide white wall tires are in excellent shape, and brakes are in good condition, This is an Everyday driver that I've been driving locally,, But needs a few things,: This is what the car needs and what I was going to do to make it reliable !: Idler arm bearing kit($90.00).Rear wheel bearings #Rw307R($60.00). Front roller bearing kit ($200.00). Front wheel Alignment, and I was going to put a new radiator in it,($150.00) The one in it now is fine, but I was going to get one anyway to make it more reliable.,and New u-joints..all parts are on ebay, all together about 600dollars worth of parts. .Car has a new dual exhaust,.I think its a fair Buy it now price.. any Questions, or need more pictures, call 313-383-3012 .
