Up for auction is a 1970 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. My fiancé and I purchased this vehicle last July from a retired couple in Canada. We drove the car home ourselves. We immediately began to do some upgrades on the motor, unfortunately a few months after the purchase we experienced an engine fire. What you see is what you get. We don't have the knowledge to restore the car on our own so we have moved on and decided to sell. As you can see by the pictures almost the entire front end including electrical, we can assume, has been burned. Both front fenders have dents as a result of the fire department prying the hood open. We tried with the best of our ability to portray both the good and the bad in the pictures. The last two pictures are of the car before the fire, it was a real beauty. Original motor and transmission. Sold as is. Buyer is responsible for pickup but I will gladly assist in any way that I can. Message if you have any questions.
