Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on an original, unmolested, low mileage, 1969 Honda S90. This bike is the last year of the Honda S90, has the factory chrome fenders and factory turn signals, (1968 and 1969 only.) This S90 has original candy factory red paint, chrome fenders, and a perfect, amber front fender reflector. This bike has newer tires with less than 200 miles on them, and very low miles, 2891. All electrics are in working order as they should be. The bike runs well, but does need a tune up as it has not been ridden a lot, I did ride it today around the neighborhood, it runs, shifts, and stops as it should, but it does stall at idle, there is an idle needle in the bottom of the carburetor that is most likely plugged, ( possibly just a cleaning ), this part does come with a carburetor kit, readily available on ebay. There is a very small tear in the seat, (see photo), it has a manual gas shut off, ( the peacock needs a gasket, it isn't leaking), and it could use new front fork boots. Also included in the sale is the tool box under the seat, with a few original Honda tools, and owners manual, I also have a clear Michigan title in my name. This is not a show bike, it does have its small nicks and chips being 47 years old, but you can take it to any cruise, and the spectators gather and conversations start, "I had one of those!" "That was my first motorcycle" "I learned on one of those!" This motorcycle was listed previously on ebay, and when the seller came to pick it up, it would not idle correctly, so he chose not to purchase, he did see the bike ride around the neighborhood and function as it should, it is a good runner, just needs to be tuned and the carburetor cleaned. And, Remember, "You meet the nicest people on a Honda!" Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements, costs, and pick up. You are purchasing the motorcycle in the photos, in as is condition, with no warranty implied.
