Up for auction at no reserve is my 2002 Honda XR650R in outstanding, 100% ready-to-ride shape. These things are getting rare, and are arguably some of the best dirt bikes Big Red ever built. They have big power and stability for the wide-open stuff, but they're also a reasonably-capable technical-trail bike. I am the second owner...this was my dream bike, but I'm forced to part ways with it to finish the house I'm building. The bike runs, shifts and rides great (always starts with one or two kicks when cold), and I've put a ton of money in this bike on expensive upgrades that have yet to see any use. These include: —Full Factory Connection suspension rebuild front and rear, with a brand-new lower shock link/bearings and front neoprene fork boots.—XR's Only anodized black top triple clamp for oversized bars.—Rental Fat Bar 1-1/8 black bars and Scott Grips.—Moose Aluminum Throttle Tube—Clarke 4.3-gallon translucent fuel tank.—Rental Twin Ring Sprocket set (15-48 tooth) and Gold O-Ring Chain, plus new factory chain-tension adjustment bolts.—New OEM chain guide insert, rollers and swing arm wear pad. —Trail Tech X2 Headlight (super bright).—N-Style Gripper Seat Cover.—XR's Only Wide Footpads.—Fresh oil/filter change and fresh tank of fuel. The bike is also fitted with an aluminum full-coverage skid plate, K&N air filter with the popular side-panel "venting mod", and near-new Michelin tires. I'm sure I'm forgetting some other things. All the plastic on the bike is in excellent shape, and I am including all the factory parts I removed as well as a Clymer service manual. The original owner had the bike street-titled/registered. I never registered the bike, but I'm happy to do so and transfer the title to the new owner if he wishes to also put a plate on it and ride it on the road.
