I have a 1953 Mercury Monterey Two Door Hard Top restoration project for sale. It has a Flathead V8 motor with the odometer showing 7 miles... 3 speed with overdrive. The motor is seized up at the moment but we have put diesel in it to free it up. The previous owner had started the restoration project and had sent out numerous parts to be re-chromed. They were re-chromed by Art Brass Plating Inc. out of Seattle Washington. I removed all the newspaper from the re-chromed parts and laid them all out to take pictures. I believe most of the parts are there. The windows are down inside of the doors so you will not be able to see those laid out and I'm too afraid to pull them up to take pictures. All other glass windshield, back and side glass are all intact. The frame is undercoated and is in great condition with a rust free body. This does have a clear title.
