This Mercedes is in fantastic shape with suspension and tune-up work recently completed. Runs great, convertible top machinery is flawless. Only issues are a small star crack in windshield and minor leak at valve covers. Bought this for my wife; but we are now moving to snow country, where convertibles are not practical! Please note that the aluminum rims are covered with rubberized protectant to protect them from snow chains. Also, convertible top is double insulated! He noticed you have to be within a few feet of the car for the key fob to lock or unlock the doors. I have the original key and a second key. Both keys work fine to lock/unlock/start the vehicle; they just don't communicate over a distance. No other negative comments made about the car, but quite a few positives, such as smoothness of up and down-shifting (I did not realize it was a seven speed transmission!).
