This Benz is in very good condition for it's age and mileage! The tan leather interior with wood trim looks great and features dual power-adjustable seats with memory, sunroof, dual-zone climate control, leather wrapped steering wheel, and much more! The body looks very nice and has no rust! The paint looks very good for it's age, but could use a nice buffing. The interior looks very good and has no rips or tears in the leather! Their are a few areas where the vinyl trim is loose, but overall the interior is very nice. Overall, this Mercedes is a lovely car! However, the engine has lost compression and will no longer start or run, so the car cannot be driven. We have not diagnosed the engine problem beyond a compression test. This 400SEL will need a major engine overhaul or a new engine to be able to be driven. Before the engine went bad, the car ran and drove very nice with a solid and quiet ride.
