1964 chevy bel air original 283 power glide automatic with power steering 83,000 original miles radio delete now has am fm cd dash was cut but i have the delete plate to go back if you choose.car is drive anywhere and has been maintained that way for the last 20 years,fly in drive home,recent updates have been new gas tank with sending unit,complete brake system ,dual sump master cylinder as opposed to the original suicide single,brake lines,wheel cylinders,linings,exhaust system,4 new tires,battery,radiator and hoses,water pump,fuel pump,heater hoses.so nothing left to chance,all repairs were preventative to insure reliability,car has always been stored indoors which is evident especially by condition of glass,interior is original and driver quality,carpet is original and is old but not torn,front seat has tears and now has seat cover ,rear seat is original,door panels front and rear are original and again driver quality,headliner is good as well.windshield has a few wiper marks and a crack up by visor bumpers and grille are driver quality,stainless trim around tail lights are dinged up.body has received repairs over the years to keep car driver quality,floors trunk and frame have had repairs over the years rear body mounts have been refabricated after trunk floor was restored with 16 gauge steel in various areas because mounts integrity is based on trunk floor integrity and good repairs seem to have held up. so body would need redo and paint or drive as is.in summary this car is a 10 footer in number 3 driver condition,much expense and time has been given very recently and i believe car can be driven another 10 years as it sits now,whats great about this car is you can drive while you restore it.pictures should show quality of resto of these areas with strict attention to original detail from factory.will consider partial trade for 70-72 lemans or 60s cadillac On Jul-19-16 at 21:26:38 PDT, seller added the following information: yes i have jack and spare tire,and i have cigarette lighter,i dont smoke but use as charging port On Jul-20-16 at 13:45:39 PDT, seller added the following information: forgot car has air shocks in rear and all lights ,signals and dash lights work,horn does not work carpet you see in pics i was going to cut up for mats but went 1 step further and pulled kick panels and sill plates ,cut old carpet to allow for new carpet and just put whole piece in,seemed every time i began to repair things on this car i always found something related and small job turned into a little more,then oh lets do that too which led to more and so the story goes thats why so much has been done to car,valve cover gaskets turned into engine compartment resto with paint,decals,hoses ,hood insulation etc,etc.
