Title - the winning bidder will receive a New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Application for Certificate of Title - Abandoned Vehicle Sold at Public Sale by Public Agency (Form OS/SS-88 (R2/10) (also known as a Green Sheet). This means that the winning bidder must sign in person at police headquarters and take the completed form to a New Jersey Motor vehicle Commission office in order to obtain a new clean title. Winning bidder must have or obtain some type of New Jersey Identification (ie: Driver's License, Boating License or ID card) in order to obtain the final title.
