1976 Westfalia Camper For Sale Up for auction is a 1976 Volkswagen Westfalia pop top camper. Looks pretty complete with a few missing items. Please watch my movies, I try to go over every aspect of the vehicles I sell. I deal with a lot of odd/weird vintage vehicles. Some I keep, some I sell. I can handle pretty much any shipping situation and willing to ship pretty much anywhere. Keep in mind you will be responsible for setting up the quote, cost and pickup. Now for the Vehicle info. 1976 VW westfalia camper. It’s the model without the frig and range. Looks like a type 4 fuel injected engine that has been converted to a 2 barrel Weber. I do not know the bore of the engine and can only assume that its standard but I do know if has been rebuilt at least once and that it may have valve issues on a cylinder. It does turn over by hand. The steering only goes from center to right, for some odd reason it will not turn left. I will unhook the center link and it should be easier to load. Probably just a steering box issue. All tires hold air and it has some brakes. The wiring under the dash has been altered. Front windscreen is cracked. It has some mediocre body work and paint that appears to be cosmetic sheet metal(rockers and doglegs) with the exception of the front floor boards. All windows work and appear to have all hardware. Poptop canvas is rough but I think I just torn it from the 15 year sit to me opening it for the first time, but the top opens effortlessly. It doesn’t appear that the cargo cap and top bonnet are cracked. I can go all google on this bus, but please watch the movies and look at pictures. I have some of the underneath as well.
