For sale: 1926 Ford Model T Tudor. Originally restored by Mitchel Air Field Museum in New York state and used in an aeronautical display as a 1st Squadron (USAA) Staff Car. VIN: 14514123. Everything is original and works well. Has 6 volt electric start in addition to the crank on the front (a kit is available for conversion to 12 volt for around $100). Car has a Ruckstell Two-Speed rear end. I also spent $6000 dollars on restoration of the woodwork and upholstery. Car comes with antique brass fire extinguisher and bracket on running board. This Model T was sold by the Mitchel field museum to the Owls Head Transportation Museum in Owls Head, Maine then auctioned to private ownership twice before I purchased it a couple of years ago. I also have an enclosed trailer which was custom made to transport the car long distances to car shows. I have had several offers to purchase it separately but have refused to sell the trailer before selling the car in case the new owner of the car wishes to purchase the trailer separately as the trailer is 6 in. higher to accommodate the car.
