You are looking at an original owner purchased from factory in 2004 loaded GMC ENVOY XL with 3rd row seating. This was purchased by my mother in law brand new in 2004 from the GMC factory where her brother works on the manufacturing line. The only other owner is her daughter (my wife) who has owned it for the last year. This has all service records dating back to the first day it was owned. All service has been performed by the same shop on Dublin road since 2004. There is recent work of over $2000 completed in the last 4 months alone (water pump, radiator, breaks, front pads, rear pads, front rotors, rear rotors, wiper blades, reconditioned slides, lubricated slides, etc.). Brand new tires in late 2013 all around. Runs great. All leather, heated seats, cd player, 3rd row fold down seats, power windows, power locks, moonroof, running boards, tow package, roof rack, power seats, and more that I can't think of. Please check out the pictures. The back seats have some marks and damage and the body has some marks and damage. This has a clean title and is ready to roll. The only two things that are wrong with it are the 4wd is not engaging (could be an easy fix but I wasn't going to put any more money into the car) and the AC needs recharged. Other than that this thing is a workhorse and ready to go. This is a rare find to have a 1 owner from this year and every service record including each and every oil change.
