1972 Karman Ghia hard top coupe. 88,106 miles on odometer. No known accidents. New steel welded in all around, including new heat tubes under the doors. New floor panels. Had significant rust when taken off the road for rebuild. Had completely off frame but now reassembled. Electrical system worked well when taken off road. Engine worked good. Gas tank was emptied and disconnected from engine before starting rebuild. Entire bottom of car was coated with POR 15 paint after it was re-united with frame. Stopped the rebuild when it came to pricing the cost of a decent paint job. Too expensive to justify.Engine was run in 2015. Sounds good. Glass is all intact. Trim is off body. Stored. Seats, upholstery, bumpers likewise. A lot of new rubber is stored. Doors work good. Hoods work good though rear lid latch needs repaired. Spare tire is mounted on a wheel but was never used on the road.
