Ive had the bike started on starting fluid but have not messed with it any further. The tank is very clean so it may be a reproduction, as well as the seat. It has new Bridgestone trail wing tires. NO TITLE. It doesn't have Headlight brackets, taillight or rear brake lever so I believe its a 68 or early 69. Theres no vin tag rivet holes so it maybe a silvertag?
