This vehicle comes with a Arizona Salvage Title. This vehicle was purchased from State Farm in Arizona with a minor front end collision. When the vehicle was purchased, it did not start due to an electrical problem. The seller disclosed the mileage as 12k. When we got the vehicle running, the mileage was much higher. Thus, we are selling it as 'not actual miles' or 'true miles unknown', because currently the odometer shows 62k miles, whereas the title has it 12k miles. This BMW is up to date on all the maintenance. This BMW was repaired at a local body shop that specializes in German cars with ALL OEM (ORIGINAL BMW PARTS). Fortunately, the donor vehicle was the same color, and there was no need to repaint the body parts. All the gaps line up perfectly. The tires and brake pads are in a good condition, no maintenance or service is needed at the moment. Salvage/Rebuilt inspection is a pretty simple and straight forward process, the state wants to make sure the parts were not stolen, they will inspect the parts that were replaced and check the overall vehicle for operation and let you go within an hour. The buyer will receive ALL the necessary documentation (title, documentation proving where the genuine BMW parts were obtained from). If you are in FL, just call the DMV and schedule an inspection, they will give you a temporary tag. The DMV will inspect the vehicle, make sure all the documents are present and that all genuine BMW parts were used to repair the vehicle, they will give you a new title with a rebuilt identification sticker. Please note, this vehicle can be inspected and registered in any state, not just in Florida. The radio does not work (doesn't turn on), and the rear bumper has a light damage from parking. All of the above mentioned does not affect the drivability or the performance of the vehicle. The car drives straight, does not pull or shake. You are welcome to come and test drive it. This BMW is in decent condition, and runs solid. The exterior is in good shape, no rust, the paint is glossy and smooth. The interior is clean and smoke/odor free; still has that new car smell left in it! A/C blows ICE cold. Heated seats work! The tires are in a great shape, and they're brand name tires!
