1969 Chevrolet Impala Kingswood Station Wagon - NO RESERVE! Motor - 350 (300 HP) L48 small block with factory "double hump" high performance heads. It runs strong and smooth, but don't expect a "tire burner" Transmission - Turbo 350 - shifts smooth and operates as it should Interior - The black vinyl interior is in very nice condition for being 46+ years old. It has new carpet, the dash has NO rips/cracks and has a custom tiki style headliner to match the "Surf Wagon" theme. The front bench seat bottom does have a tear, but it still shows OK and is very presentable. Wheels/Tires - 20 inch Ridler wheels with all new tires (less than 400 miles on them) Frame/Body - Overall the car is pretty solid but does have its marks and a few blisters here and there. If you are looking for a big $$$ show car, please look elsewhere. It had a recent amateur paint job a few years back by the previous owner and has a few runs and blemishes as I previously stated... House of Colors - Burnt Orange and Silver Mist. It is originally a west coast car and has pretty solid floors, body and frame. Misc. - New wheels cylinders, two new brake drums, new brake shoes, new upper and lower ball joints, four brand new lowering springs and four new shocks, new power steering hose, new side moldings, four brand new wheel well opening trim pieces, newer exhaust, new gas/brake pedal pads. There is also a dent in the bumper above the tow hitch. A few other things that it could use if desired... dash lights do not work (never looked into it - could be as simple as a burnt out bulb) and has small tranny leak (note big enough of an issue for me to be concerned about), and the exhaust has a small rattle around the collector on the manifold. Car is currently PA inspected and will come with a clean PA title. It also comes with an old school hitch for towing, the original "Protecto Plate" and paperwork from 1969, as well as a folder of all of the receipts from the recent upgrades. Heater, defroster, Astro ventilation, wipers, lights, windows (including electric window in tailgate) etc. all work properly. This car is a great family cruiser. It looks great going down the road, has plenty of space, rides like a Caddy and will get attention everywhere you go!
