Vehicle Detail
For sale I have my well looked after, 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor P71. I purchased this vehicle in September 2013, and have looked after it. It has been mostly garaged since I owned it. When work was needed done, I had it done. I have been told that the transmissions on these cars tend to go at around 120,000 and sure enough the tranny on this car was whining around that time. This car has had a complete tranny rebuild which is still under warranty at a cost of around $1700 (not the cheap rebuild kit alternative that usually gets put in these) With the car comes all the receipts for the work I have had done which include: Transmission rebuild $1731.89 (warranty for another 20,000 miles approx. or until Sept 2017)Water Pump $166Sway bar link / shock $3572x coil over shocks $425Air conditioning $382Wheel powder coating & goodyear eagle LS2 225/55r/17 tires (installed 6/5/15) $1200 Also oil & filter changes / tire rotations at 3,000 mile intervals. Please do not expect to get a showroom condition vehicle, as it has seen active duty, but a good 2008 example. The seats still feel good, there are no tears in the back, and it has not been smoked in. Like a lot of these vics, there is an occasional smell of oil shortly after it starts, but it tends to go away. There are no error messages on the dashboard, the TPMS sensors all work, and this model can use E85 gasoline. The air conditioning works great. I am only selling this car due to wanting to buy another vehicle. If I had the space, I would keep this as it is a nice, comfortable vehicle which always gets admiring glances, and looks sharp. Winning bidder will be supplied with all receipts for work carried out since owning the vehicle. Other than the transmission warranty, this vehicle comes with no warranty and is sold "as is"
