Up for auction is a very nice '49 Chevy 5 window truck. The body has been professionally prepared and is 100% ready to paint. The last bill I got from the body shop was $3211.00 The floor and interior of the cab is in excellent shape. Brand new box with new tail gate. Nova front stub with disc brake setup, power steering, tilt column, power brakes, Ford 9" posi rear/ 3:70 gears with brand new 28 spline axles with GM 5 on 4 3/4 bolt pattern, ladder bars and new shocks, it had a 383 and a 4 speed in it when I bought it. I have a wood bed kit that goes with it. There is a custom fabricated gas tank between the rear frame rails as well as the factory tank. Also included are long tube headers and exhaust for a small block Chevy. The glass is installed in the doors and I have the rear corner glass. Lots of extra parts that go with the truck. Right now it has Boyd Coddington 18"/17" wheels on it but they do not go with the truck. They, however, can be purchased for $700 if you want them. I do have a set of wheels that go with the truck. When taking the pictures for this auction, the rear lip of the hood was slightly bent because the front clip and hood are loosely bolted on. I also noticed that there are imperfections in the running boards that I was not aware of. I was intending on purchasing new ones at the time it went to the body shop. I can email pictures if you want to see them. Ebay will not let me load any more pictures. There is a $500 deposit due within 48 hours of the auctions end payable through PAYPAL.
