This car has been in Arizona most of its life and is very solid. This Mustang is finished in its classic combination of white with red interior. This pony is loaded with options including; A/C, power top, power steering, day/night mirror, and Torque Thrust style wheels really enhance the appearance. The brakes, suspension, and power steering have also been gone through. This Mustang is an above average drivers quality car, needs nothing, and is ready to enjoy. This pony has been in Arizona since the 70s and is very solid. The car was painted in the late 2000s and still shines like a new penny. The car has been driven, enjoyed, and has been to many local events and has a couple of small blemishes and imperfections that have been touched up. When painted, the car received a quality paint job. The bumpers, badges, antenna, and other exterior trim were taken off for the paint job. All of the badging, emblems, and other trim are in very good condition with no sign of deterioration. The weather-stripping and other rubber parts are in like new condition. The white convertible top is in as new condition and has not been up since being installed, the rear window is in perfect condition with no discoloration. All of the panel gaps line up as they should. The windshield and rest of the glass are in great shape with no pitting or cracks. All of the chrome and bright work are in very good condition as well. A set of torque thrust style wheels with brand new BFG White Letter tires were added. Overall, the exterior of this Mustang is in very good condition. The beautiful red interior was recently redone and presents very well. The seats are very supportive and show virtually no wear and do not have any cracks, tears, splitting, etc. The carpet is in good condition with little signs of wear. The door panels and kick panels are show very little wear. The dash is free of cracks, splitting, warping or other imperfections. The A/C has been upgraded to modern R134a Freon and blows cold. This pony also features the desirable day/night rear view mirror. This mustang is equipped with a power convertible top that works as it should and makes putting the top up and down a breeze. The interior is completed with a factory steering wheel that feels great in your hands. The factory AM radio still works and plays through the speaker in the top of the dash. All of the lights and gauges are in proper working order. The windows and door locks operate as they should. The only thing not working is the horn. The interior of this car is in very nice condition and is a great place to spend the weekend cruising your favorite roads! Mechanically the car is as good as it looks. The 289 V8 engine fires right up and runs like a top with no smoke on start up or while driving. The motor was rebuilt by a previous owner and is completed with chrome valve covers and HiPo air cleaner. The motor has been upgraded with an Edelbrock intake manifold and carburetor. The motor has a great sound but not too rowdy. The engine has plenty of power to accelerate this car with ease. The cooling system has been gone through and keeps this pony running cool. The green dot transmission shifts smoothly through the gears with no hard shifting or other noises. The suspension was recently gone through and has all bushings, shocks, etc. replaced. The power steering is nice and tight, making driving this car a breeze. The brakes feel great and the car stops straight with ease. This pony could easily be a daily driver, even in the hot Arizona heat. This is a great running and driving car that never skips a beat. This Mustang sails along at modern freeway speeds without breaking a sweat and does it comfortably. Overall, this car is mechanically sound and ready to be driven.
