1956 Corvette project car, this highly sought after body style with single headlights is perfect for completing from a mild street rod to a wild resto rod. This is an unfinished project with a very complete inventory of parts including all of the hard to find 56-57 parts. Includes all of the exterior stainless trim, all exterior bumpers, windshield frame, door posts, tail lights, etc. Body has been stripped and painted with Inca Silver base coat clear coat, and Venetian Red interior. Body has a one piece front end that fits very well and has bonding strips glued in to give original appearance. All internal door parts included except one small curved window track piece. Windshield glass is broken, but a good windshield glass is included. Seat cushions and seat frames included. Speedometer, wiper motor, radio delete plate, heater assembly all included. No small gauges, tachometer, or clock. Includes soft top frame and all mounting brackets. Frame will need restored, needs new weatherstrip and top installed which are not included. Drive-train is installed but currently does not run, needs high pressure fuel line and pump installed, along with wiring and computer. Included is a brand new custom engine wiring harness and ECM. Engine is a 1987 Corvette 350 TPI, transmission is Muncie 4 speed. Includes Hurst shifter, brand new headers installed as well. Frame is a stock C1 chassis, nice condition, no rust or rot. Torque Thrust style wheels are included as shown on car. I have included lots of pictures, please look at them carefully to see what you get. I have an Excel Spreadsheet with a detailed listing of what is included and what is not included that I can send you upon request. On Jan-02-16 at 11:22:07 PST, seller added the following information: The body is drilled for 57 fuel injection emblems in the side coves and the trunk lid. I don't have the emblems, but since it has a fuel injection engine in it, the emblems were going to be mounted to give it the fuel injection look. I am going to lower the reserve and let this car go, so bid to win!! Delivery could be arranged for this car to be picked up in Mesa AZ. Transportation will be $800 to get it there, which is really cheap for this time of year.
