The 1999 GSX1300R Hayabusa commands respect, it is the fastest production motorcycle in the world with a top speed close to the 200mph mark. The Hayabusa also produced 175 bhp. This first year does not have the speed limiter on it like later models to it can reach speeds in excess of 190 mph in bone stock condition. Not with me on it, I have only had it up to 150 mph, but...... it could go a lot faster. This one is an awesome, powerful, beautiful machine. Amazingly fast and agile. I love it. Check out the speedometer, up to 220 mph! Only a few motorcycles in the 1999-2000 time frame have one of those. The new Hayabusa's speedo's only go to 200 mph. That speedo alone is worth $1000, since they don't make them anymore. This 'Busa is all original and in excellent condition. I am the second owner. The bike runs great and starts easily every time. The 1999 year will be very collectible soon. Especially this one as the first year model and in original condition. It hasn't been modified or wrecked. I wish I could keep it but have other expenses. Think of it as an investment that you can ride…..Fast… It is stored in a heated shop and it can stay here for a while you make shipping arrangements, I need to be paid sooner, of course :-).
