1997 Mitsubishi Mirage~38+ MPG, LS~ For sale is a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage. Top of the line LS model is a sporty gas sipper and fun to drive. 1.8L 4cyl runs excellent and does not knock, tick, or smoke. 5-Speed manual transmission makes this Mirage a pleasure to drive. Clutch is strong and gearbox goes into all gears including reverse without hesitation. A/C blows cold, heat blows hot. Inspection valid until 7/2016. Mileage was last reported in February of 2015 as 159K but the instrument cluster is no longer operable. We replaced the instrument cluster with one from a local wrecker and all gauges are functioning properly however the mileage is not accurate. As a result we are selling this one true miles unknown. One test drive of this Mirage and you will know it has years of life left in it! Glass is free of cracks and damage. Interior is comfortable and supportive. Brakes stop the Mirage confidently. Body is in fair shape and paint still has some shine. Hood is chipped and dented. Some scratches on body/bumpers as expected for a 1997. Stereo works just fine and sounds great. Tires are in good shape and hold pressure; plenty of usable tread life remaining. This Mirage is turn-key ready to be driven daily and save you money at the pump.
