1998 honda

Im selling a 1998 Honda 250 Recon that I had to buy in a package deal to get another bike I wanted. What I was told about it was the bike when parked outside a year ago it ran and was usable. The bike is all there but in rough shape it can be fixed up or used for parts. The recoil rope is broke, needs a battery, seat cover, front bumper (frame looks fine) and other stuff. The front plastic and headlight should bolt back place with a new bumper. I have try to describe the bike the best I know about it which is very little. Sold as is with a $1 start bid with no reserve. Thanks
