There is a minor scrape on the right side of the front bumper and a couple of very small stone chips on the front edge of the hood. No dents or dings, nothing else you would not expect to see on a well cared for 6-year old car with 40,000 miles! Comes with 2 keys, 2 remotes, manuals, navigation DVD and original brochure. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! There are no mechanical issues at all. Service is up to date, and everything is in fine working order. The car runs and drives like new and is a pleasure to drive thanks to the High Performance Northstar engine and Magnetic Ride Control system both of which were available only on the Performance and Platinum editions of the DTS. THERE IS AN EXISTING MAJOR GUARD GENERAL MOTORS PROTECTION PLAN (GMPP) EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE VEHICLE THAT IS GOOD UNTIL 8/2018 OR 68,000 MILES. IT'S A GREAT EXTENDED WARRANTY, BACKED BY GM AND COVERS ALMOST EVERYTHING EXCEPT NORMAL WEAR ITEMS. I WILL CANCEL THIS WARRANTY AFTER THE SALE UNLESS THE BUYER WANTS TO PURCHASE THE WARRANTY IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE CAR. I CAN TRANSFER THIS WARRANTY TO THE NEW OWNER AND I WILL PAY THE $50 FEE. THE REFUND I WILL RECEIVE AT CANCELLATION IS $3,500. IF THE BUYER WANTS THE WARRANTY TO BE TRANSFERRED, AN ADDITIONAL SEPARATE PAYMENT OF $3,500 WILL BE REQUIRED. The $3,500 is non-negotiable because that's what I'll get as a refund if/when I cancel it. IT'S THE BUYER'S CHOICE! This fine automobile is located in Champaign-Urbana Illinois. If you are close by, please feel free to come take a look before the auction ends. Vehicle pick-up or shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will assist any way I can. I am also willing to deliver the car a reasonable distance. I can possibly deliver the car a farther distance for expenses and an airline ticket back home. If you want to fly in and drive home, I can deliver the car to Indianapolis International Airport and we can complete the sale there. I am fairly flexible, but please make arrangements before the auction ends to avoid any surprises! A $500 non-refundable deposit is to be made by PayPal within 24 hours of auction end. The balance is to be paid by verifiable certified funds within 7 days of the auction end. Title is clean. The car is currently financed with GM Financial but I am in the process of paying it off, so I should have the title in-hand by the time the auction ends. Clean, clear title will be signed over to buyer at time of full payment. If the buyer wants to have the car shipped or delivered by me, the balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipping.
