This car has been in Texas/Arizona its entire life and is very solid. This Mustang is finished in its classic combination of Vintage Burgundy with black interior. With GT fog lights, GT exhaust tips, and Eleanor Style wheels, the appearance of this classic pony have been subtly modified. This pony is loaded with options including; A/C, full center console, power steering, factory look AM/FM radio and 17" wheels. The brakes, suspension, and power steering have also been gone through. This Mustang is an above average drivers quality car, needs nothing, and is ready to enjoy. It is in very good condition and will surely make its new owner happy. Click to enlarge This Mustang is finished in factory Ford Vintage Burgundy paint and looks stunning. This pony spent all of its life in Texas/Arizona and is very solid. The car was painted in the late 2000s and still shines like a new penny. The car has been driven, enjoyed, and has been to many local events and has a couple of small blemishes and imperfections that have been touched up. When painted, the car received a quality paint job. The bumpers, badges, antenna, and other exterior trim were taken off for the paint job. All of the badging, emblems, and rubber seals are in very good condition with no sign of deterioration. A set of GT fog lights were added along with a GT exhaust tips. All of the panel gaps line up as they should. The windshield and rest of the glass are in great shape with no pitting or cracks. All of the chrome and bright work are in good condition as well. A set of Chrome 17" Eleanor Style wheels were added. Overall, the exterior of this Mustang is in very good condition. The beautiful black interior was redone several years ago and presents very well. The seats are very supportive and show virtually no wear and do not have any cracks, tears, splitting, etc. The carpet is in excellent condition with very little signs of wear. The door panels and kick panels show very little wear. The dash is free of cracks, splitting, warping or other imperfections. The factory A/C has been upgraded to modern R134a Freon and blows cold. This pony also has the desirable center console that really sets of the look of the interior. The interior is completed with a factory steering wheel that feels great in your hands. A modern factory look AM/FM cassette radio with a factory look was added and works as it should. An additional pair of speakers have been added to the doors where you the very rare factory speakers would have gone. All of the lights and gauges are in proper working order. The windows and door locks operate as they should. The interior of this car is in very nice condition and is a great place to spend the weekend cruising your favorite roads! Mechanically the car is as good as it looks. The 289 V8 engine fires right up and runs like a top with no smoke on start up or while driving. The motor was rebuilt by a previous owner and is completed with COBRA valve covers and air cleaner. The motor has a great sound but not too rowdy. When the engine was removed to be rebuilt, the engine bay was completely refinished and is one of the nicer engine bays I have seen on a Mustang. The engine has plenty of power to accelerate this car with ease. The cooling system has been gone through and upgraded with an aluminum radiator to keep this pony running cool. The green dot transmission shifts smoothly through the gears with no hard shifting or other noises. The suspension was recently gone through. The power steering pump, ram, and control valve were just rebuilt and are nice and tight, making driving this car a breeze. The brakes feel great and the car stops straight with ease. This pony could easily be a daily driver, even in the hot Arizona heat. This is a great running and driving car that never skips a beat. This Mustang sails along at modern freeway speeds without breaking a sweat and does it comfortably. Overall, this car is mechanically sound and ready to be driven.
