We purchased this 11 years ago with the intention to make it into a street legal auto cross car. Everything worked on it at that time, and it had zero rust. We removed the 2.0 liter and spared no expense when we bumped the motor up to a 2.2 liter. The engine has the big bore kit from EBS racing,Scat cam, stainless steel intake/exhaust valves, melling oil pump, lube-loft lifters, Stainless muffler with headers..etc, etc. It has less than 3 hours on it. Half of that was the break in period. Clutch, flywheel, etc, are all new. Calipers were done by White Post, new lines were installed, but brakes will need to be bled again...they stop, but still have some air in the system. Body was painted 10 years ago,then stored in barn until last month, Paint looks great, one scratch /dent on passenger side, and one chip on front headlight door. NO RUST ANYWHERE!! Tires are Michelins, have plenty of tread, but are old...replace them if you plan to drive/race much. Ths is a rare car....not a molested rust bucket. It has the appearance package, a $3500+ engine and is 100% complete, except for a few emblems, etc. This is not your everyday driver...compression is so high that it really should have a 911 starter to turn it over. The stock starter barely can get it going. Brakes as I mentioned will need to be gone over, as well as some other minor things that may have stopped working over the last 10 years.
