Porsche 912 with recent new clutch. This was a very useable daily driver, the car developed an oil leak and has been garaged since about middle summer. We have a well known Porsche specialist who has scheduled time to install a new oil cooler, but it has not happened yet. Winter is coming and I need the space inside so the car must go. We bought the car and inspected the pan and floors, all looked very good. The exterior of the car has been repainted and had some small rust bleeding through pinholes. We mechanically stripped those spots with whizwheel and found only superficial rust in very small spots. The picture posted tonite are the car as purchased, tomorrow I will post more pics with the exposed areas so you can see how clean the underlying metal is in the areas inspected. This is a great solid starting point to build a nice Porsche without having to do rust repair, or just do what the last guy did and run it. The car is sitting on fourteen inch Fuchs, but the spare is chromed steel and the tire on the spare appears original. The lug nuts on the car are correct for steel wheels, so it will need alloy lug nuts. The successful buyer is welcome to ship the car as is, or I will place you in contact with our Porsche specialist shop to repair the oil cooler leak and then you can just drive it home or ship as needed. The rusted areas were mostly smaller than 1/8" round, we cleaned larger areas to make sure. Those spots were treated with rust preventative acid and primed.
