I am the second owner of this Seven since 1973 and am selling due to my increasingly inflexible 70 year old body. It is right hand drive. Complete rebuild of SB1211 started in 2012 and took about 2 years. I purchased it in the Spring of 2014 and, since it was rebuilt with autocross/solo 2 in mind, I made changes necessary to make it more "streetable". These changes consisted of Spax adjustable dampers and new springs to increase ground clearance and soften the ride a bit. Removal of the 4 point racing belts in favor of standard seat belts. Custom made tonneau cover and cargo cover of high quality canvas. Mounting of spare tire carrier. Removed generator and installed alternator. Installed gear reduction starter. Replaced Detriot Locker rear end with Quaife LSD. Installed VTO 6"x14" wheels and Dunlop Direzza 185/60 x 14 tires.The following items were new or rebuilt with the rebuild in 2012:1968 Cortina GT 1600 crossflow engine with dry sump, dual Dellorto DHLA carburetors, Isky cam, ported and polished Holbay head, Ford Cosworth pistons, lightened flywheel, balanced and blue printed.
