AS NEW 2012 Honda CRF450X I purchased this bike new in July of 2013 and have never ridden it. It is as new with absolutely no trail riding or off road use. The pictures speak for themselves. The modifications performed to this vehicle increase the risk of death or bodily harm from use of the vehicle. The buyer understands and accepts this indemnity as part of their purchase contract for the vehicle. Buyer agrees to name seller, seller's spouse, and seller's heirs as endorsed additional insured for any and all applicable liability policies held by buyer.
