I'm the second owner of this Nova. The car is in completely stock form. Runs and drives great. The motor and transmission are the original that came with the car. This car is licensed and titled in Texas. The previous owner told me the car was repainted at one point in time. The mileage on the care are all the original miles, on original non rebuilt motor, and original transmission. This car does have power steering, but does not have power breaks. There is surface rust underneath the car, and like I mentioned in the condition description there is rust at the rocker panels behind the wheels. The pictures I have show all that I have mentioned. I've included a drop box link to view more pictures. I have pretty much all the documentation to this Nova. From original sales invoice, to maintenance records, and original keys.
