Twin-turbocharged 3.6L H6 with factory-rated 400hp, 6-speed manual transmission and all-wheel drive. 18-in Tech Art wheels, RUF coil-overs, GT2 front spoiler, and factory chrome oval exhaust tips. Full leather interior with supple leather seating surfaces, carbon trim, along with updated Alpine audio. This Turbo is an attractive, well-equipped 993 that has been very fastidiously cared for, showing in superb condition throughout. Books and extensive records on file including a just-completed top-end rebuild, recent clutch / flywheel, 60k service, and brand new Potenza S-02A tires. Independent mechanical inspection with compression and leakdown results also available upon request. As desirable as they are rare, Type 993 911 Turbos are among the most sought after 911s. Aside from the limited 959, it was the first Turbo to feature all-wheel drive, as well a twin turbochargers. In 1995, Motor Trend tested the 993 Turbo at 0-60mph in 3.7 seconds, and 0-100-0mph in 13 seconds, thoroughly whipping the competition. The 993 would also prove to be the final air-cooled generation of 911s, with the water cooled Type 996 debuting in the U.S. in 1999. The Turbo seen here is shown in optional Arena Red Metallic and comes with factory Litronic headlamps, carbon and aluminum shifter and e-brake handles, a Grey full leather interior, supple leather seating, rear wiper, sunroof, and driving lamps. 18-in Tech Art wheels, a lowered suspension -- thanks to RUF coil-over shocks -- and a GT2 front spoiler give this Turbo just enough to make it stand apart.
