After I purchase this 1926 Ford Model T my wife and I used it in parades and did some touring in it. I performed an in chassis engine overhaul; pistons, rings, rods (which are X grooved with oil dippers), valves, valve springs, lifers, Dunn crankshaft counter weights, bands, water pump, external oil line, coil box was replaced with an original Delco distributor, and Champion X stark plugs were installed. The Holley Vaporizer was rebuilt with new internal parts and a new wiring harness was installed. The transmission and rear end are in good condition. Road tires are excellent; spare tire is very good. The previous owner painted the body Channel Green with Black fenders. The body paint and striping are in good condition, with the usual nicks and scratches; the Black fender paint is chipped and checked. The only body restoration that I have completed is on the left rear fender; the right rear fender needs some work on the bottom flare. The passenger side door window is cracked and needs replacing. The seat frames, seat covers and interior are by Carter’s Cut and Cover. The seat covers and door panels are in very good condition; the headliner is in fair condition. The car runs great; we have used it in many parades and have driven it on short and long tours without a bit of trouble. Original Ford script tools, large assortment of various after-market Model T wrenches, rim spreader, coil-box with coils, many new and used spare parts, storage jacks, and a custom fit storage cover are included. This is a great Model T for tinkering or restoration. Car is located in Niles, Michigan. Clear Michigan Title.
