Teal 1979 PininFarina Fiat Spider 2000 Convertible - Looking for a good home! Don't be shy! Make an offer! Reasonable offers definitely considered. Awesome little car to zip around town or to the beach. Power windows, manual soft top (super quick & easy). Runs well, starts year-round, clean title, upgrades (Carb, wheels, air filter, power antenna, CD stereo w/ aux in & more) - tasteful, mid-restoration. I'm the second owner. The original owner and his son started restoring the car, but when he finished college, they sold it to me and I picked up where they left off. Anything out of my league has been taken care of NY's Fiat & Alfa Romeo expert, Guiseppe LoRe (aka "Alfa Joe") of Alfa Import Center, Queens, NY. 2 shop manuals, original owner's manual, tan WeatherShield custom-fit all-weather cover & top boot not pictured, but included. Lots of mechanical and interior restoration - in great shape as far as the guts are concerned. The exterior could use some touching up in a few areas, (see last few pictures) - Previous owner made some unskilled attempts to repair these spots namely: a spot on the hood about 3" in diameter, rust spots on the rear wheel wells and the driver's side front quarter panel sprayed a slightly more green. The teal color of the paint job (which is a great color) makes the car look green in some lighting and more turquoise in other lighting, so the sprayed spots are more or less noticeable depending upon the light. I took all but one of the photos on an overcast day so that the difference between the sprayed areas and actual paint would be visible in the pictures. In addition, as of this week, there's a new small dent about the size of a dime on the driver's side rear.
