Vehicle Detail
This car was assembled a couple years ago using top quality parts with the plan of donating them to a cobra kit car. The kit car didn't happen, so the car is now for sale. Here is a list of most of the components...Wilwood 13" 6-piston Front Big Brake kitRoush Chrome 18x9 and 18x10 Wheels w/Bridgestone rear 295/35/18QA1 Tubular K-member w/tubular control armsQA1 Pro Front Coil-overs w/caster camber platesEibach Front and Rear Sway bars and End linksStrange Assembled Custom-ordered 9" Rear-end w/Wilwood disk brakes and limited slipHotchkis Rear adjustable upper control armsGranatelli Adjustable rear lower control armsAluminum Spherical upper rear housing bushingsBBK Ceramic Long tube headersMagnaflow stainless mid-exhaust WITH CATSMagnaflow polished stainless cat-backCenterforce clutchQA1 Adjustable Rear shocksFord Racing adjustable clutch quadrantMishimoto Aluminum radiatorI'm sure there are more parts that I'm forgetting...Things you should know..The paint is a 7/10 with some clearcoat peeling on the spoiler and a few spots of chipped paint. Also the windshield is cracked in the driver's vision. Lastly the emergency brake cables are not compatible with the aftermarket rear end so they are not hooked up. Other than that, the motor is strong and overall it is a solid car. The exhaust is all stainless or ceramic coated, WITH CATS, so it will pass emissions requirements. The motor hasn't been messed with except for a cold air intake and the radiator. I does ride very stiff due to the spherical bushings on the rear, but feels like it is glued to the ground. The spring rate that was chosen for the front coil-overs, was the lighter option available from QA1 with the plans to support the weight of a fiberglass body and tube chassis. The suspension was never really dialed in and adjusted because it was waiting for the kit, and the car has mostly been parked since the parts were installed. This could easily become a track day car or fun daily with the couple things fixed above. The all the best parts and a car for a fraction of the parts alone.
