The car is a very dependable driver, starts every time and purrs along with ease. The transmission is tight as is the differential. The steering is slop free. Below is a partial listing of changes and up grades to the car. MODIFICATIONS/RESTORATIONS: · Repainted Fenders and splash aprons (all the black). · Color sanded and buffed the entire car (near show finish). · New white wall tires and powder coated wheels. · New front & rear springs. · Converted from a generator to alternator. · Converted from stock distributor to a modern self advancing distributor. · Converted stock carburetor to a Weber down draft. · Re-built brake system (still mechanical). · New clutch pivot arm. · New intake and exhaust manifolds. · Reconditioned bumpers. · Turn signals. · Beepers added to turn signals. · Mostly re-wired. · Bug screen. · Hooded head and cowl lights. · Re-built aooga horn. · Oil pressure and temperature gauges in chrome steering column cluster. · Spare tire cover. · New chrome dash. · New chrome door handles.
