This 1986 BMW 635CSI is in simply excellent condition. Original paint with the exception of the rear deck lid and that color match is perfect. Original interior in excellent condition with some typical wear on the drivers outer seat bolster. Always adult owned and maintained, never abused. This 635CSI has been lovingly taken care of. Comprehensive service records come with the car as well as Factory shop manuals. The car has roughly 116,500 miles , though I can't promise that I'll stay out of it. The car simply runs great. The clutch was replaced at about 104,000 miles. Engine performance is excellent, clutch take-up is obviously slip and chatter free. Brake feel and modulation is excellent, steering feel is superb with no excessive play. There are NO leaks ! A/C blows cold. I'd drive this car anywhere....and I still may until it sells. There are two spots in the paint were the clear coat is worn. Both measure about 1" in size; one nearly dead center of the hood and one on the sunroof panel. I would not repair these as the car is only original once. The Dash has no cracks, NOT ONE! Door panels, carpeting, headliner and the rest of the interior is simply stunning. Tool kit is complete. Car has an aftermarket Pioneer radio and trunk mounted 10 disc cd player (old school baby) All interior and exterior trim is excellent. All bright work inclusive of the wonderful door entrance sills are in stunning condition. Glass is perfect, all four windows and the sunroof work. Door seals are perfect and not torn. The rear seats are also in excellent condition...never sat in? The car is also equipped with the optional manual rear sun screen. THERE IS NO RUST ANYWHERE IN THE CAR ! ! ! There are a number of 635's out there. There are a pile of them that are, well, junk........ this one does NOT fit that category. This is a great car!
