I bought this Jeep from a dealership in 1999 with 17,596 miles on it, I have had this Jeep ever since . Love this truck but is time for something newer, this is my last day driving it, so it will hang out in the garage until sold!, Smoke free car. I have a list of what has been recently replaced on the Jeep, I can provide copies of all the work indicated upon pickup if you request .Always current on oil changes and fluid exchanges. Recently fixed 12/2014- Front left axle replaced 6/2014-front right u joint 11/2013-oil pressure switch 2013- front calipers replaced (no receipt ,fixed by a friend) 7/13- tune up 1/2013- transfer case resealed ,transmission lines replaced 7/2012- new battery 5/2012- water pump 1/2012-front left u joint,front are rear diff fluid exchange 2009-2011 ish I would need to dig out the receipts for these but the links on the sway bars have been replaced, front ball joints replaced. Whats wrong with it that I know of Small oil leak ( been like this for years) hydrolics on the tailgate are shot (door doesnt stay up) on board screen likes to say the coolant sensor is bad, I had it replaced a few years ago and it would still say this! back speakers dont really work cassette player is broken ( I know you really wanted to rock out your cassettes,sorry guys) volume control on radio can be touchy AC does not work.. not just a simple recharge, something is wrong with the lines im sure the shocks need replacing needs new muffler, it is not dragging or anything but is loud front left headlamp needs a new clamp, its a little off back wiper doesn't work horn can be iffy ( had ignition lock replaced *new keys* ever since then the horn has been like this) automatic locks with the exception of the drivers side, you need to manually lock drivers side ( when you press the door lock button all the doors lock but the drivers side sounds "slow" and doesn't lock where the gas cap is, when you put gas in it can leak out a small amount of gas depending on the angle of the hose, been like this for years..I haven't blown up yet! Must be a tear in the hose or a clamp thats lose , the gas tank iteslf is fine. Hood opens and closes fine but is bent a tiny bit where its connected, causing the wiper fluid to not come out an powerful as it could be, but it does work fine. Thats all that I know of, vehicle sold as is..beautiful defects and all!
