Light restoration to operate as a road worthy motorcycle. New front brake system overhaul, lights as needed, after market air filters, new NOS fuel petcock and carburetor overhaul. will need updated tires for safety purposes due to age of tires. last chance for this classic to stay original... going to the mod shop for expansion chambers and modern suspension next week if it does not sell. no side deals... bid or walk. [UPDATE] I will update the images in the add for all to see... The motorcycle is not in museum condition, to make it simple I will list the things that need attention and the res should be considered very good or can be cleaned/polished. The motor has never been out and the only screw, nut or bolt turned has bee for service only or by me in rebuilding the carbs and even then only the pilots were replaced NOS as they were damaged from the only owner trying to get it running and stripped the heads off. I did drill them amd remove them with zero damage to bores or threads. parts that are OE NOS include front master rebuild kit, pilot jets and carb gaskets inc O-rings and throttle boots, 1 tail lamp, fuel petcock,(not NOS)battery, fuel lines, vents and drains. The oil injection system has been fully inspected, flushed and transfused with new Motul non syn ester 2 smoke oil. Has visible surface rust inside and has been shaken with copper bb's and PB flushed and alcohol rinse, some surface rust everywhere it can form, bars are pitted slightly can be cleaned, indent in tank no crease, pipes are perfect including baffles (need polished only) foot peg slight bend, front fender dime size ding, controls rusty can be cleaned and cleared... CRANK SEALS... not replaced but no smoke so far with 270lb rider 100deg to work and back a few times... STEERING STEM needs bearing kit or new balls and races soon, tires just old. I hope this clears all questions up, pictures updated for your viewing pleasure... times running out for this ole girl to stay original... I do it for the money, not a purist bone in my body ;O)
