Vehicle Detail
This is a pretty unique 3/4 ton Chevy. The body on this truck is an excellent condition. It has a factory 396 big block and has working factory air conditioning. This truck came from GM with three (3) gas tanks and a two inch receiver installed on the front bumper. I guess that the rear bumper is also able to be moved back to accommodate a camper in the box, I have never messed with it I am told that this package is considered a Custom Camper Deluxe model. I have owned the truck for a couple of years and had plans on restoring it but plans have changed. I also have the original steel rims and tires and the factory mirrors that came on it that are included in the auction. The truck runs and shifts as it should and the brakes work decent for manual brakes. The air conditioning blows ice cold but the lever to change from defrost to the vents will not adjust to allow air to blow out the vents, it all comes out the defroster vents. There is a factory switch on the side of the drivers' seat that switches between the three factory gas tanks. I have never put fuel in either of the two auxiliary gas tanks. This also was equipped with a factory tach which I understand is fairly rare. I am selling the truck because I have a ton of old cars and I know I do not have the time or energy to restore cars anymore. It's a nice truck and definitely not a piece of junk. I think I have priced it fairly and someone will be happy with it. Good luck and happy bidding. On Jun-22-15 at 08:10:17 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had quite a few questions in regards to the integrity of the underside of the chassis of the truck. It is all original and in very good shape, I added two pictures of the underside of the cab and rocker panels to show they are awesome. I have more pictures available if you would like them please email me. Thanks and happy bidding
