The owner we acquired this CJ from owned it since 2007.He was always tinkering with it , in hopes of finishing it for hunting.He installed a Oldsmobile V.6 engine believed to be a 1978.The miles are unknown. 3 speed manual transmission with overdrive 4x4 with manual locking hubs.The engine fires right up and sounds good.After sitting for a few years it just needed a new electric fuel pump.Will need some tuning and adjusting for daily use, but starts right up every time.Shifts good for the original transmission, he was going to replace the transmission but never got around to it.Will need some work to the front end and steering, it wanders on flat surfaces.He installed a cut off switch to the battery and fuel pump.It did have a 8k winch on it that was removed, but can easily be replaced.Has Power steering. The body is in good shape for the age of it.Will need some bodywork if planning to restore or just finish for hunting or crawling.The seats are late model GM and have seat belts.Custom diamond plate around the body.It comes with a full bikini top , doors and a half top.For the top to go on it will need some of the buttons to be installed to the body. Sounds like a lot but can be a fun project for someone.Comes with a clean and clear California title.For California bidders the registration is current and expires in August of this year.
