2002 Ford Escape XLT Sport needs some work and all known wrong with it is detailed. May state multiple owners but has remained in the family entire time. Step-father, father, and then myself. My mother complained we practically got as many options as possible. Purchased at Norristown Ford in PA. Many miles are from trips between PA and GA. Special roof rack that comes down, bike rack. Great for people who do sporting things or need to transport lots of things or big things. Car looks beautiful, family doesn't want me to let it go, but I got a prius. The price is lower than others on the market as I aimed to have it come out fairly provided it needs fixing up. If you can do the work yourself it is an extra great deal. The majority of the costs quoted to pass inspection were primarily labor. Ideally, buyer would live within 300 miles or already know how they would acquire the car to make the transaction smoother. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Everything I am aware of that is wrong with it is listed below I did the PA state inspection and did not pass, this is what the shop said: -Needs new brakes and rotors -Leak or crack in rear exhaust manifold or gasket -I believe he said there was a leak in the power steering hose and that swap (seap?) belt would need to be replaced Personal experience: -A/C doesn't blow cool air. Works when I use one of those things to add more of the refrigerant. -CD player doesn't work, 6 discs stuck in machine. Reads CD ERROR. Fixable--just never did. -low coolant light comes on and off, though the coolant level is appropriate -Charge system indicator light comes one occasionally. Sometimes just a blink. Sometimes for longer periods of a drive. -Air bag warning indicator. Dealership said this had something to do with an electrical connection or sensor on the passenger side. They didn't seem to act like it was a big deal. -Needs new wipers Payment ideally via PayPal, but can do money order, cashier's check, or cash. How you receive the vehicle is to be arranged entirely by customer. Can do a little to help, but ask how much that is (driving to somewhere close, being there for a pick up). Must research how to transfer title if we do not meet in person for the switch. This is an AS IS purchase. I listed everything possibly off with the car to the best of my knowledge
