Up for sale is a 1995 Toyota Tacoma DLX Ext. Cab 4WD pickup. 2.4L four cyl. engine, 5 speed manual, PS. List of the new parts within the last year : new wheels and tires, both bumpers, leaf springs, all 4 shocks, spark plugs, air & oil filters, dist. cap & rotor, all new belts, ball joints, tie rod ends (inner& outer), new CV axle pass. side, sway bar end links, O2 Sensors (upstream & down-stream), & fuel filter, new exhaust from manifold to back of truck (cat. conv. is orig.). Tires were mounted and balance and alignment done. This is a nice running truck that has 191K miles on it (probably less due to smaller tires affecting Speedo and odometer). Body is rust free but has minor dents and ripples. Sliding rear window has new latch, which is a problem on Tacomas. This truck should run for another 100K! Engine light stays on. Can’t find the sensor that is bad. 95 was the year they started with O.B.D.II on Tacomas and it’s tough to get a read on codes. It may be that new O2 sensors aren’t recognized. Parking brake needs to be fixed. I have no time anymore to work on it due to work.
