As promised on my other Vintage Cycle Auction, here is another bike from my collection.I found this bike at an estate auction several years ago.The previous owner had never ridden a bike before and found the Hondamatic a perfect solution.No shifting, simple to drive and surprisingly agile and quick.Being a complete novice, the previous owner took the bike to a local Power Sports Dealer and said "MAKE IT ROAD SAFE AND DEPENDABLE".Literally $3280 later he had a Hondamatic with every possible worn part replaced. New tires, brakes, all cables, carbs, horn, and the list just goes on and on. Three pages of repair order in total. I have included scanned copies in the pictures of the actual work order and cost break down.You may have to save those scan copies to your desk top and then open and enlarge the image to read all the details.My plan was to finish this bike with paint and seat repair to make it a solid complete restoration, but the reality is, I will never get to this project, not at my age.It's time to pass it on.It starts and rides like a new bike, it will not disappoint you.Very nice chrome, and every button and switch work perfect.If you have any questions, give me a call at 888-235-7792.
