Up for auction is a beautiful 1975 Mercedes Benz 280S. This car is fully loaded for the year it was made. It has a Kenwood Casette system, full leather interior, and power just about everything. Overall the car looks great. The paint is good and the leather interior is almost perfect. The only flaws I can see in the leather seats are two small tears. One is on the left side of the drivers seat and the other is towards the center of the part you sit on of the passenger seat. They are around the size of a quarter if not smaller. This car is just looking for the right person to fix it up. It has been garage kept for as long as my grandmother has owned it. It has only been taken out recently because we were going to get it fixed but we do not have to time or money to do so. This would be great for someone who knows their way around cars. A few years back our garage was broken into and they got into the car. They did not hurt anything other than the drivers side door, the trunk lid is slightly bent but not noticeable and the front emblem is missing. Also the dash is cracked. The engine will not turn over either. I had placed a new battery in it and still nothing. This car is being sold AS-IS. It WILL NEED TO BE TOWED. I CANNOT ship this car. I hate to see it go but I am in college and I am not around to work on it nor can I afford it. It is a beautiful car and whoever buys it will be a very lucky person.
