Please direct all questions to kwilson@hhendy.com (will answer emails after work daily) He inherited car from father in law who purchased it brand new in Los Angeles, Original window sticker comes with the car (see pic) We're not VW experts but car is very solid and practically rust free, see pics. Only two areas of rust are under front spoiler and over F.R. headlamp (both very minor). Runs and drives well but has been sitting for a year so will need new gas and minor tune-up. Remember this is a 44 year old car, so average wear and tear is to be expected. Always been a Southern California car, so it has not been exposed to salt roads and other environmental influences that cause rust on equivalent vehicles from different parts of the country. Only non working item known is gas gauge. Rear tires are new fronts are decent. Car is running and currently registered (California Title and Registration). Local buyers welcome to inspect on Saturday 8am-10am. Nice paint reshot 20 plus yrs ago still looks great ,always garaged, chrome is nice very fey minor blemishes given its age. Top is practically new and rarely used. Car has been driven less than 500 miles a year since 1994. Odometer mileage might be rolled over prior to our ownership. No warranties implied or expressed remember the car is 44 years old!. Please do your homework before bidding and have funds in place. Negative feedback will be given to non paying bidders.
